Thanks for the walk-through, has me thinki...Winter,<br />Thanks for the walk-through, has me thinking: If a bank had excess reserves, and another (reserve deficient) bank came calling for an overnight loan, now that the Fed pays interest on excess reserve balances, why would any bank now lend out excess reserves and take on any risk? Just take the Fed interest.
